ISL is seeking opportunities to work with program managers/contractors/owners of platforms that have reached the end of their useful life by providing transportation and dismantling services.

The process envisioned includes the following:

• • Identify candidate platforms.
• • Identify cargo barges and tugs.
• • Specify load spreaders and tie downs.
• • Mobilization to job site.
• • Salvage platform component at job site.
• • Place on cargo barge and tie down.
• • Mobilize from job site to Brownsville.
• • Receive cargo barge and offload with stiff leg crane and release cargo barge.
• • Scrap platform component in Brownsville.
